Roast Lamb & Caramelised Onion: A richly flavoured gourmet sausage with well rounded roast lamb flavours balanced with sweet caramelised onion, garlic and of cracked black pepper.

Pork & Fennel: This Italian style sausage is flavoured with garlic and fennel seed. Fennel and pork work so well together to provide a tasty combination.

Chorizo: Ours is a highly seasoned, coarsely ground pork sausage flavoured with garlic, paprika and chilli. Ideal when added to pasta dishes.
